About Tiara
Tiara L. Griffin, M.Ed. is the visionary behind The KIDistry Lab, LLC — a passionate educator, curriculum designer, and advocate for learning through play. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Tiara has made it her mission to create joyful, meaningful learning experiences for young children.
Her work is rooted in the belief that S.T.R.E.A.M education (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math) should be accessible, hands-on, and fun. From classrooms to community spaces, Tiara has inspired thousands of young minds to explore the world around them through curiosity and creativity.

When she’s not designing curriculum or leading enrichment sessions, Tiara is busy innovating new ways to blend sensory exploration with academic foundations — helping children build skills that last a lifetime.
